Vax Men can click on this 2022 Membership Card link to buy their 2022 Membership Card for $10.  Men can pick up their Membership Card during our Friday event @ Paddles; or the Tuesday event in Queens. (Membership Cards are not mailed).

2022 MEMBERSHIP CARDHOLDER BENEFITS:  

• Discounted admission the first hour at weekly events @ Rainbow Playground Men's Club in Queens; and Friday parties @ Paddles.
• MEMBERSHIP/ BDAY NIGHTS:  $10 the first hour at our monthly Membership / Bday Night with pizza, sodas, snacks!  
• NEW YORK EVENTS:  Advance notice of special events in New York City including Memorial Weekend, NYC Pride, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve 2022 and MLK Weekend holiday events.
• Washington, DC;  Ft Lauderdale and Palm Springs, CA:  Advance notice of MilkChocolateNYC.com Men's Party sponsored special destination trips. 
• 2022 Membership Cards will expire January 1, 2023.
